EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Hurstville Alcohol Free Zone came into effect on 6 October 2010


AUTHOR RECOMMENDATION

THAT the information be received and noted.


REPORT DETAIL

Council at its meeting held on 22 September 2010 resolved to establish an Alcohol Free Zone along both sides of Forest Rd Hurstville from Queens Rd to Durham including Diment Way and Woodville Lane including the proposed Bus Interchange

Following the required legislative notification process the AFZ took affect on 6 October and will remain in force until 6 October 2014
