APOLOGIES

Apologies for the inability to be present were tendered on behalf of Community Member, Marjorie Anderson, Community Member, Louise Durmush (Chair), Community Member, John Lennis and Community Member. Jo Love,

RECOMMENDED THAT the apologies be accepted and leave of absence granted.

After the meeting was opened, it was noted that a quorum was not present, and the meeting did not proceed.

Council notes that the minutes of the previous meeting held on 1 February 2010 were not considered by the Aboriginal Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for 12 April 2010 due to the lack of a quorum and receives and notes those minutes.
