1. The number of units be reduced to seven (7) as the access handle off Charm Place is not to be considered in the site area for assessing density.
2. A garbage and recycling bin management plan for the storage and servicing of bins.
3. The development shall meet Council's building envelope requirement.
4. Samples of the concrete block wall material shall be submitted to Council for approval.
5. Four (4) visitor parking spaces shall be provided on the lower part of the site off Charm Place due to the lack of on street parking in that cul de sac.

2. A right turn ban also be implemented from Morts Road in to the development.
