Alternate Voting Procedures - COVID-19
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, Council
conducted this meeting remotely by email exchange. This procedure was supported
by all Georges River Local Traffic Advisory Committee voting members.
All recommendations were endorsed (by email) on or

Hills and Peakhurst - Proposed "No Parking" Zones

RECOMMENDATION
(a) That
one angle parking space on the northern side of Vanessa Street, Beverly
Hills, adjacent to Beverly Hills Park, be converted to “No Parking, 4am
– 4pm, Council Vehicles Excepted”, as shown on plan TC2230 Sheet
1 attached to the report.
(b) That
one angle parking space on the northern side of Trafalgar Street, Peakhurst,
adjacent to Peakhurst Park, be converted to “No Parking, 4am –
4pm, Council Vehicles Excepted”, as shown on plan TC2230 Sheet 2
attached to the report.

(c) That
a Traffic Management Plan be submitted to TfNSW for endorsement following the
resident consultation.

Jubilee Stadium - Sydney FC Traffic Management Plan 2020/21 Season

RECOMMENDATION
(a) That
approval be granted for roads near Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah to be closed
for the Sydney FC matches during the 2020/21 season.
(b) That
the attached “Traffic Management Plan” and associated
“Traffic Control Plans” submitted by Traffic Logistics be
approved.
(c) That
Traffic Logistics apply for the RMS Road Occupancy Licence for each Sydney FC
game at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in the 2020/21 season.
(d) That
a “Special Event Traffic Management Plan” be submitted to TfNSW
by Traffic Logistics prior to the closures occurring.
(e) That
a minimum of 1.5m footpath clearance be provided for pedestrians around any
temporary signage and the VMS boards.
(f) That
Traffic Logistics be advised of Council’s decision.

TAC010-21 Netstrata
Jubilee Stadium - National Rugby League Traffic Management Plan 2021

RECOMMENDATION
(a) That
approval be granted for roads near Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah to be
closed for the National Rugby League (NRL) matches during the 2021 season.
(b) That
the attached “Traffic Management Plan” and associated
“Traffic Control Plans” submitted by Traffic Logistics be
approved.
(c) That
Traffic Logistics apply for the RMS Road Occupancy Licence for each NRL game
at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in the 2021 season.
(d) That

(b) That
the parking be returned to its current status at the completion of the
“Works Zone” period.
