Opening

The Acting Chair, Councillor Tegg, opened the meeting at 7.49pm.

Acknowledgement of Country

Councillor Tegg acknowledged the traditional custodians of the land, the Biddegal people of the Eora Nation.

DISCLOSURES OF INTEREST

Councillor Landsberry disclosed a Non-Significant, Non-Pecuniary interest in item COM003-21 Community Property Report 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 for the reason that her son is a coach, Committee member and player at Carss Park Football Club. He is also a coach at St George City FC and works out of the office of St George Football Association at Jubilee Stadium. Councillor Landsberry remained in the meeting and took part in consideration and voting on this item.

COM002-21       St George Local Business Awards 2021 Sponsorship

That Council approve the allocation of $10,000 towards the 2021 St George Local Business Awards from the 2020/21 budget for the sponsorship of community-run events.
